The Lock Screen appears on startup and thought it looks nice, it can waste time, so if you want to get rid of it, you’ll have to edit the registry file. To do this, press the Windows key and R or right click on the Start Menu and click on Run. Next, enter regedit in the box.
When the registry editor opens up, go to this tree:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows
Shown Below
Right click anywhere in the right panel and select
New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Rename the value as NoLockScreen. Double click on NoLockScreen and enter 1 in the box under Value data.
Close regedit
